Artwork Upload

What artwork formats do you accept? 

Our preferred formats are either: high resolution pdf or eps files. We can accept Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, tiff or high resolution jpg files. We cannot accept word docs, PowerPoint, publisher or CorelDraw files, however we can except them as visual guides for our designers to work from, but you will incur a design charge (see our design service)

We will always notify you if we think your artwork will not produce the best results.

Any of our products that require print will require:

Customer to supply artwork that is print ready, e.g. logos, text, images in the correct format or you can:

• Purchase our design service and the use of one of our experienced designers
  
• Charges may apply
  
• We have included templates where available in the Artwork dropdown on each page.

Note: Our designs, we will send a proof which must be approved before we go to print.

Sending us your artwork: 

We have 2 ways of sending your artwork to us, by email, or Mail Big File subject to content size. 

if your file is less than 15MB send it via email to sales@universalbanners.co.uk

For files over 15MB please use our MailbigFile account - https://www.mailbigfile.com/universaldisplays
